Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of srooter, an AI model gateway and control plane provided by WorkHub Platform Inc. (“WorkHub”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using srooter you agree to these Terms. If you are using srooter on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

1. The service

srooter sits between your developer tools and AI model providers, routing requests, enforcing policies and budgets, and recording audit metadata. srooter is offered as a managed cloud service and as a self-hosted (Enterprise) deployment. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and gateway API keys, and for all activity under them. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. Access may be gated by waitlist or administrator approval.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use srooter only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
  • Maintain the rights and credentials needed for any AI provider you connect, and comply with that provider's terms.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other tenants' data.

4. Provider credentials & third-party models

srooter routes requests to the AI providers you configure using credentials you supply (“bring your own keys”). WorkHub does not resell inference and is not responsible for the availability, output, accuracy, or pricing of third-party models. Your use of those models is governed by their respective terms.

5. Fees

Where srooter is offered for a fee, applicable charges and billing terms will be presented to you. You remain responsible for all inference and usage costs billed directly by your AI providers.

6. Intellectual property

srooter, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by WorkHub and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain all rights to your own code, prompts, and data.

7. Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of srooter. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to WorkHub for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using srooter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent via workhub.ai/contact. WorkHub Platform Inc., c/o Raie & co, 1875 S. Bascom Ave, Suite 2400, Campbell, CA, United States.
