When you run a Flow in Studio or with srooterctl, the Palgu agent takes work through the same stages every time. Each stage ends with checks; the next stage starts only when they pass or you approve. The work runs on your machine; your org sets the rules here.
The Quick profile (small tasks and fixes) skips research, the isolated spec validator and the spec review board. Standard and Full run them, unless your org turns a review off; deploy stays off unless your org enables it.
Before changing anything, the agent asks what you want, reads the existing code and researches the open questions.
Configure: Cortex graph · Sessions
The agent drafts a spec from a template, an independent model validates it, review boards read it, and you approve it.
Configure: set by your org admin
The approved spec becomes a plan of atomic todos that each carry their own tests and files, reviewed before any code is written.
Configure: set by your org admin
Each todo is built test-first in its own worktree, under your org’s standards, routing and budget.
Nothing open for this stage.
Configure: My skills · the rest is set by your org admin
The merged result is tested end to end, reviewed by an independent board and scanned for security issues; results go into the quality ledger.
Configure: set by your org admin
The agent opens a draft pull request built from the evidence. Deploying is opt-in, and production always needs a person.

The framework describes where evidence arises across the software lifecycle. This is how each capability is covered across Palgu's workflow.
